Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is very convenient, with friendly and accommodating service, great location, but some rooms lack windows and are expensive for the facilities offered.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although smaller than expected from the pictures and lacking windows, were clean and conveniently situated in the heart of Chinatown near Clarke Quay. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff, particularly Han at reception. The location was superb, just a stone's throw away from Chinatown MRT Station and surrounded by plenty of dining options. Dining was adequate but could improve in a city like Singapore. Overall, it's a decent choice with some room for enhancement.
The hotel offers cozy rooms, right in the heart of Chinatown with easy access to attractions. The staff are extremely helpful, and the location is ideal for exploring the city. However, the small room size may be a challenge, and dining options are limited without breakfast provided.
The hotel is located right in the heart of lively Chinatown, perfect for a short stay. The service was a mix of friendly and unhelpful experiences. The rooms were somewhat uncomfortable and lacked basic amenities, but the location was ideal for exploring different parts of the city.
